These terms and conditions can be printed out or e-mailed to you on your request.
We accept no liability for the accuracy of information contained within this website which may contain technical or typographical errors. However, your statutory rights are not affected. These terms and conditions contain our agreement relating to your purchase, including pricing information and contact details. All changes to this agreement must be in writing from the company director, dated and signed.
On-Line Card Information
Qt Services on-line card payment system is provided by Barclay Card. All card information entered into the appropriate boxes at the checkout is maintained via an encrypted system within Barclay Card. Any loss incurred from card information sent by e-mail, fax or post remains the sole responsibility of the customer.
We will not release any personal information to a third party without your permission. If you have purchased from Qt Services, subscribed to our newsletter, advised us of your e-mail / mail address or telephone number we may update you on news and special offers.
Orders received by noon on a working day will be despatched that day, orders received after noon will be despatched the next working day. All despatch times are subject to stock availability. Where possible, goods are despatched on a next business working day service by our courier (within UK mainland). For overseas deliveries parts will be despatched by the delivery service selected by the customer.
Stock Item: Orders can be cancelled at any point prior to despatch however a 20% handling charge will be applied.
Non-Stock Item: Orders can be cancelled at any point prior to despatch however no refund will be offered.
Stock Item Bought In Error: Products will only be refunded within a seven day period if they are in unused original condition. Qt Services reserve the right to reject items that are not in the stated condition. Items for return will only be accepted if we have issued a returns number and it is clearly displayed on the package. Dependant on the condition a refund of the item cost excluding delivery and minus a 20% handling charge will be offered.
Non-Stock Item Bought In Error: No refund will be offered unless otherwise agreed by the company director.
Any Faulty Product: Should any item be received and a fault be discovered then please contact Qt Services immediately, either by phone, fax or e-mail where we can establish a clear understanding of the situation and apply the appropriate action to ensure the situation is dealt with appropriately and in a reasonable timescale. Should the item be returned to us and reveal no fault the customer will be charged for the item to be shipped again. All decisions will be at the discretion of the director. Appropriately insured return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed by the company director. A signature upon delivery is required as proof of return. Items must not be returned by the method of 'return to sender'. This method will not guarantee the goods arriving and therefore any returns procedure.
